The People's Museum is a vision for Rivelin Co. and the community in Hillsborough through an unused Gatehouse building near the East entrance to the park. The museum is designed to best serve the people and contribute to the local storytelling of Hillsborough.

Whilst the gatehouse retrofit is underway, the pop ups provide interactive, fully accessible spaces to exhibit the People’s Museum collection, and gener- ate interest and public engagement in RivelinCo’s journey. The pop ups are designed with incremental funding in mind, with each module able to work independently, and for the scale of the pop ups to grow as funding is obtained.
